  7. This program allows to create indexes of reduced pictures. It offers many
  8. possibilities and has some features that other programs of this type have
  9. not... And it's totally free !

  11. * Features :

  13.     - Fast (optimised for 68020+ processors).
  14.     - Compact.
  15.     - Doesn't use MUI, BGUI, Triton,  ClassAct or any other GUI interface.
  16. Only system's Gadtools.library, which seems really sufficient (and much more
  17. memory saving)...
  18.     - Allows creation of 16 or 256 grayscale, or 256 colors thumbnails, with
  19. high image quality.
  20.     - 68000 CPU and ECS modes supported.
  21.     - Supports XPK compression.
  22.     - Respects totally the AMIGA system.
  23.     - Customizable.
  24.     - Handles multi-volumes indexes.
  25.     - Capability to update indexes very easily (all is automatic).
  26.     - Very powerful system of actions associated to each picture format.
  27.     - Can also rename/move/delete pictures on disk.
  28.     - Very flexible thanks to the use of datatypes (you can even catalog your
  29. fonts with the font.datatype, for example !)

  79. - Now if you  move  pictures  with  the  "Change  directory"  function,  file
  80. overwriting is detected...

  82. - If you reach the top/bottom of an multi-volumed index, Collector offers you
  83. to load the previous/next part of this index.

  85. - Now the "Update Index" function checks also for duplicated entries  in  the
  86. index.
